How Do I Exchange Items In The Order I Have Placed?
- Click on ‘Return/Exchange’ link against your order in the Order History section in My Account
- In case you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page. Follow steps as given below.
- Click on the ‘Exchange for another size’ or ‘Exchange for product in same offer’ link and indicate the product/ size to be exchanged with.
- Proceed to the next step and select the shipping address to deliver the exchanged products.
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece sets that includes panties.
I’m Unable To See The Return/Exchange Link On The Product When I’m Trying To Place A Return/Exchange Request Online.
